As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be the champion of the Atomix brand, driving communications and marketing strategies and positioning the agency as a leader in the UX and service design space.

You will assist in the development of the company’s brand strategy and be responsible for the delivery of marketing content and initiatives across multiple channels and formats to drive engagement and generate meaningful outcomes.

You know what makes a great brand, and will work creatively and collaboratively with a team of content strategists, product owners, UX specialists and web developers to fine-tune our brand strategy and communications plans.

 

You will:

  • Work with the wider Atomix team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and brand strategy
  • Lead the creation and execution of organic and paid growth strategies for the Atomix brand, including campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Project manage development work on our website and digital assets
  • Work alongside our in-house graphic designer and team of content strategists to develop engaging content for our website and digital channels
  • Create new or edit existing content to ensure that it is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone, and optimise this content for distribution across multiple channels
  • Manage Atomix social media channels – including content creation, approval workflows and publishing schedules (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Draft and send the Atomix eNewsletter, including managing the mailing list
  • Maintain a library of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Work alongside our sales team to research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to improve our processes
  • Generate insightful, actionable reports to evaluate progress and ensure continuous improvement

 

Role requirements
You have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, journalism, communications or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Experience in developing digital marketing and communications strategies, either in agency or in-house
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and copywriting, including blogs, social media content, email marketing and web content
  • Demonstrated experience in driving digital marketing strategies that have generated meaningful results
  • Experience developing and managing a multi-channel content calendar, including content creation and copywriting
  • An eye for design, with experience using content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Spark or Photoshop to create eye-catching visual communications pieces
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the business
  • A strong understanding of the social media landscape, and experience with community management and content planning
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console to gather and analyse data from a range of sources
  • Experience using organic research tools such as SE Ranking, SEM Rush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
  • Experience using email software, such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Campaign Monitor
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting

Atomix is looking for a passionate Business/Quality Analyst for our web and digital projects. This hybrid role is a junior position that will suit a graduate looking to kick-start their career in digital, or someone looking to pivot their current digital career.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate with our team to develop test plans, identify risks and plan key testing scenarios for our web and app-based projects. You will complete manual user experience and functional testing throughout project delivery and will report test results to our development team. You will also perform tests to ensure our projects meet performance and accessibility criteria.

As a Business Analyst, you will assist in capturing requirements, defining scope and establishing project success criteria – for new projects & existing clients accounts. During project delivery you will work with the project team to ensure the scope & success criteria has been met, ensuring the project & client goals are achieved.

You will be a part of maintaining a culture of quality within our team. You’ll work with the guidance and support of our QA lead to develop your testing capabilities, evaluate requirements & scope, and identify opportunities to improve processes. You’ll assist in maintaining and improving the high standard of quality that our clients and team have come to expect from Atomix. You’ll be working alongside a diverse team of 30+ developers, designers and project managers.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in quality assurance and user experience.

 

Role Requirements

  • Proficiency with reading and written English
  • An understanding of website accessibility requirements

 

Valued, but not required:

  • Experience with customer service or service desk support – Digital/ IT
  • Some experience with the following technologies (in order of preference):
    • React.js or similar (Vue.js, Angular, etc)
    • Laravel or similar (Symfony, Yii, etc)
    • Typescript
    • Node.js
    • Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
  • An understanding of the following methodologies
    • Agile development (Scrum)
    • Component-based design and development
    • Test-driven development
  • Some understanding of web hosting, DNS and email configurations

  • Experience with WordPress theme/plugin development
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining a CI/CD system
  • Experience in building and deploying with Docker/Containers

  • Experience architecting and developing in distributed architectures/microservices
  • Experience with Kubernetes

 

Preferred Skills:
