About the role

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to work closely with each team member in running the day to day operations of our agency. You will assist our directors and principals with scheduling, reporting and invoicing, and be an integral member of our support service team.

Whether it’s user and customer experience design, development, project management, accounts, QA or BA – our new Digital Operations Coordinator will work closely with every team member and every area of the agency. This newly created role is the perfect pathway to steer your career in the direction that you choose. This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in:

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, and project management their rollout
  • Schedule resources within our weekly sprints, looking ahead to foresee potential conflicts and coming up with strategies to resolve these
  • Internal reporting on weekly sprints
  • Actively problem-solving and working with the team to efficiently resolve internal queries
  • Overseeing our company invoicing
  • Assist planning the Atomix social calendar and client events
  • From time to time you will respond to client communications and support requests, and manage their completion on our support desk

A bit about you

You are naturally organised, and love to see your plans come to life in the finer detail. You care about your projects and you’re looking to work within a team to make a positive difference in the lives of your colleagues and clients.

This is reflected in your natural curiosity and respect for human behaviour and how technology solves problems for people. You’re excited by asking the ‘Why?’ and embrace the challenge of solving problems creatively and collaboratively.

You are a natural collaborator with a mindset that seeks to understand how all the moving parts fit together, and like being able to help people solve their problems.

What we need from you:

  • 1-2 years work experience in project management, executive assistant or similar role
  • A naturally affinity for digital technologies, ideally with experience in a digital role and/or an understanding of agile development (scrum). However, if you think this role sounds like you, and looking to kick start (or pivot) your career in digital, we’re like to hear from you.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving and research abilities
  • A self starter with the ability to take ownership of your tasks and work autonomously with a positive and proactive approach to your work
  • A friendly, down-to-earth manner, able to build great rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • An understanding of user experience, content management systems and website management
