We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to work closely with each team member in running the day to day operations of our agency. You will assist our directors and principals with scheduling, reporting and invoicing, and be an integral member of our support service team.
Whether it’s user and customer experience design, development, project management, accounts, QA or BA – our new Digital Operations Coordinator will work closely with every team member and every area of the agency. This newly created role is the perfect pathway to steer your career in the direction that you choose. This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
You are naturally organised, and love to see your plans come to life in the finer detail. You care about your projects and you’re looking to work within a team to make a positive difference in the lives of your colleagues and clients.
This is reflected in your natural curiosity and respect for human behaviour and how technology solves problems for people. You’re excited by asking the ‘Why?’ and embrace the challenge of solving problems creatively and collaboratively.
You are a natural collaborator with a mindset that seeks to understand how all the moving parts fit together, and like being able to help people solve their problems.
At Atomix, we have worked hard over the past 14 years to create a supportive team culture and build a talented team of multipotentialites. Underpinning everything we do is care and collaboration.
Apart from the great opportunity to work on amazing projects, Atomix invests in our people and champions the pursuit of life-long learning. However, you want to grow – we’ll be there to support your professional development through formal training and mentoring.
We are advocates for having and maintaining a work-life balance and offer a flexible work environment, with team members all over Australia. You can choose to work in our positively charged health and wellbeing biophilic office (affectionately nick-named the office jungle!) in North Adelaide, remotely from home, or a mixture of both. We encourage you to discuss your needs regarding flexible working arrangements with us.
The Atomix team has already grown to include several interstate and international employees working remotely. You can always expect collaboration and flexibility from any corner of the world!
If you are a highly driven and innovative digital professional seeking a position which will offer diversity and career progression opportunities, then this is the role for you!
Salary for the role is open based on your relevant experience.
Tell us why you would be a good fit for atomix and how working for atomix will help achieve our goals and yours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and will be required to demonstrate proficiency by completing a recruitment exercise.
Atomix is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage people of all backgrounds or diversity to apply.
Australian citizens, permanent residents and candidates with a 457 visa here in Australia will be considered. We cannot consider candidates based overseas without a valid Australian working visa.
