About the role

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter, to work with our design and development teams weaving your passion for people and great customer experiences while helping our clients business grow.

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in:

  • Managing and proactively supporting existing clients via our Service Desk to provide efficient support with a focus on measurable outcomes for their websites and connected services.
  • Supporting a dedicated roster of clients to strategise long-term opportunities, with proactive suggestions for improvements to their websites, strategy, and online security.
  • Actively problem-solving and working with the atomix team to efficiently resolve client queries and schedule new development work.
  • Share Service Desk management responsibilities alongside our team of Project Managers and developers. You’ll be actively focused on internal process improvements for the Service Desk to ensure it’s running smoothly.
  • You’ll use your passion for technologies and understanding of websites, digital services and operating systems to effectively support your client base and rapidly respond to incidents, introducing proactive initiatives to reduce the chance of incidents.
  • Work with the guidance and support of our QA lead to test and validate your client deliverables and will evaluate opportunities to improve customer experience, ensuring we go above and beyond client expectations.

What we need from you:

  • 1-2 years in an account management or customer service role. However, if you think this role sounds like you, and looking to kick start (or pivot) your career in digital, we’re open to hearing from you.
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving and research abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • A self starter with the ability to take ownership of your tasks and work autonomously with a positive and proactive approach to your work
  • A friendly, down-to-earth manner, able to build great rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • An understanding of user experience, content management systems and website management
