2018 at atomix: a year of digital transformations

It’s been a big year.

2018 was something of a bumper year for atomix. In total, we launched 18 sites – five in just the last month – and built some incredible online experiences with some pretty amazing clients.

Since it was such a busy year, we’re taking the time to reflect on some of our successes ahead of an even bigger and better 2019.

This year we were given the exciting opportunity to work with the marketing and brand team at the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) on re-defining the user experience for SouthAustralia.com.

CBS required a redeveloped strategy to deliver a website that meets the needs of both the organisation and their target audiences, as well as positioning the organisation as a trusted, reliable source of information for South Australians.

Following on from an entire site rebuild in 2017, we have continued to work with the Sydney Swans team to reinvigorate their Membership website year-on-year. This year, we worked with the Sydney Swans marketing team to optimise their the customer journey on the membership packages filtering, as well as creating a ‘Support’ knowledge centre for existing membership information, enabling users to quickly and easily find answers to their questions.
